Throughout January, I’m offering Complimentary Design & Tasting Appointments to mark 15 incredible years of creating wedding cakes for wonderful couples like you.
Whether you’ve already booked your date with me or are just starting to plan your 2026 wedding, you’re warmly invited to come and be inspired.

January Open Weekend dates
Friday 9th or Saturday 10th January
Friday 16th, Saturday 17th or Sunday 18th January
Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th or Sunday 25th January
Friday 30th, Saturday 31st January
To ensure there’s enough space (and cake!) for everyone, each booking accommodates up to two people. Only five one-hour appointment slots are available across these dates, so we recommend booking early.
Prior to your appointment, I’ll send you a simple pre-meeting checklist to learn more about your plans. Using your answers, I’ll create a personalised mood board to inspire design ideas during our session.
Virtual appointments are also available most days and times, perfect for couples planning from afar. Cake sample boxes also available to *order UK- wide.

Every bloom you see across this site is lovingly created from sugar. your cake doesn’t need to feature sugar flowers to be beautiful, elegant textures, sleek finishes, or other design details can make just as much of a statement. Together, we’ll create a design that feels unmistakably yours.

Established in 2011, Fay's Cakes, based in Mid Calder, West Lothian, proudly serves the most beautiful venues across Scotland, including the Lothians, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Fife, and the Scottish Borders, and beyond.
Fay's delicious flavours to suit all palates and contemporary styling, ensuring they not only make a stunning centrepiece for your wedding but also taste as amazing as they look. All our cakes are freshly baked from scratch using the finest ingredients.
Fay's Kitchen is officially registered with West Lothian Council, and we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.

Quick guide to booking with Fay's cakes
Step 1 - Enquire
Check if your wedding date is available and a receive a delivery & set up quote. Enquire today
Step 2 - Save the date
My 2026 and 2027 diary is open. Secure your wedding date in my diary with a £100 booking fee (deducted from your final balance).
You do not need to know the specifics of your design at booking, this can all be decided much closer to your date.

step 3 - Design consultation & tasting
Once you have confirmed your key elements; We’ll connect in-person, via video call, or by email to discuss ideas. If we meet in-person, you’ll also have the chance to sample some of my most popular cake flavours at your appointment or you can order a sample box straight to your door.

Step 4 - CONFIRM details & final payment
Around 10 weeks before your wedding, we'll go over your booking form to confirm all the details. Your remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your big day. It can get busy in the run-up to your wedding, so this way you can relax and forget all about the cake. knowing you’re in safe hands.
step 5- Delivery & set up
On your wedding day: I will personally deliver and set up your cake at your venue, coordinating with your florist, stylist, and planner.

A copy of my public liability insurance
With everything in place, all that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy your special day!
