Every bloom you see across this site is lovingly created from sugar. your cake doesn’t need to feature sugar flowers to be beautiful, elegant textures, sleek finishes, or other design details can make just as much of a statement. Together, we’ll create a design that feels unmistakably yours.

Established in 2011, Fay's Cakes, based in Mid Calder, West Lothian, proudly serves some of the most beautiful venues across Scotland, including the Lothians, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Fife, the Scottish Borders, and beyond.
Fay offers a wide range of delicious flavours to suit all palates, paired with contemporary styling to ensure your cake not only makes a stunning centrepiece for your wedding but also tastes as incredible as it looks. All cakes are freshly baked from scratch using the finest ingredients.
Fay’s Kitchen is officially registered with West Lothian Council, and we maintain full insurance coverage.

Quick guide to booking with Fay's cakes
Step 1 - Enquire
Check whether your wedding date is available and receive an estimated price range based on your guest numbers, along with a delivery and setup quote. Enquire today
Step 2 - Save the date
My 2026 and 2027 diary is open. Secure your wedding date in my diary with a £100 booking fee (deducted from your final balance).
You do not need to know the specifics of your design at booking, this can all be decided much closer to your date, once you have chosen your key details.
Optional: You can also book a no-obligation design consultation before securing your wedding date. Design process
step 3 - Design consultation & tasting
Once you have saved your date with me and confirmed your key elements; We’ll connect in-person, via video call, or by email to discuss ideas. If we meet in-person, you’ll also have the chance to sample some of my most popular cake flavours at your appointment. If not, I can send a *sample box straight to your door.
Cake tasting and design consultations are available either before or after securing your date. You’re also welcome to book a no-obligation design consultation or order a tasting box before reserving your wedding date or beginning the Design process.
Step 4 - CONFIRM details & final payment
Around 10 weeks before your wedding, we'll go over your booking form to confirm all the details. Your remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your big day. It can get busy in the run-up to your wedding, so this way you can relax and forget all about the cake. knowing you’re in safe hands.
step 5- Delivery & set up
On your wedding day: I will personally deliver and set up your cake at your venue, coordinating with your florist, stylist, and planner.
